
This page is about making some simple bumperettes that double as a lug wrench. A bit of welding is required.

Here's the bumpers on the back of the trailer. I have been using these for stands also when the trailer is up on its end during winter storage.
Assembled for use as a lug wrench. As a test, I loosened the nuts that had been torqued to the specified ft lbs., and the wrench held up well.
Another view of the lug wrench. The biggest problem so far, is keeping the wheel from turning while using it. Even with a chock-block in place, it tended to lift the trailer.
